LESSON FAQ
QUESTION 1: Why should my hand touch my leg?
ANSWER 1: By having a physical cue to feel for one can ensure they are doing the same toss motion each time.
QUESTION 2: Do I have to start with my weight forward or can I start backward?
ANSWER 2: This is a preference thing. If you prefer to start with your weight already on the back foot this is fine however it is very important to make sure that you shift your weight back forward into the court as you perform your toss release.
