LESSON FAQ
QUESTION 1: I'm struggling with wanting to lift my racquet in this stage like Heath Paul did...what can I do?
ANSWER 1: This is the stage of the serve where we begin to set up the throwing action. One of the most difficult things for us learners to do is "to do nothing". We always want to add things to motions and movements that are unnatural. So work hard to let the natural rotation of the torso/body do all of the work rather than your arms. It takes practice to do "nothing" :-).
